HOUSE RULES
Siedlisko “Górska Polana” z Jacuzzi • effective from 1 October 2026
These House Rules supplement the “Booking and Service Terms and Conditions of Siedlisko Górska Polana z Jacuzzi”. Matters relating to reservations, payments, cancellations, security deposits and liability are governed by the full Terms and Conditions and, for reservations made through a platform, by the terms of the specific reservation and the rules of the relevant platform.
1. Check-in and check-out
The stay begins at 3:00 PM on the arrival date and ends at 10:00 AM on the departure date. Earlier arrival or later departure requires prior arrangement with the Host.
2. Number of Guests
A maximum of 9 persons may stay overnight at the Property, and only persons included in the reservation may do so. Any change in the number of Guests requires the Host’s prior consent.
3. Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please also respect the peace and quiet of the surrounding area outside these hours.
4. Pets
Stays with pets are permitted only by prior arrangement with the Host. The person responsible for the animal is liable for its behaviour and any damage it causes.
5. Smoking and open flames
Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes and using open flames inside the Property are strictly prohibited, including candles, oil or gas lamps and guests’ own gas cookers.
6. Barbecue
The barbecue may be used only in the designated area. Using a barbecue on the terrace is prohibited. After use, please ensure that the fire and embers are completely extinguished.
7. Parties
Parties, hen parties, stag parties and similar events may not be organised without the Host’s prior consent.
8. Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is an additional paid amenity and is not included in the accommodation price unless the terms of a specific offer or reservation expressly state otherwise. The name “Siedlisko Górska Polana z Jacuzzi” does not mean that use of the jacuzzi is automatically included in the price of the stay.
Use of the jacuzzi requires prior ordering and confirmation by the Host. The price is provided upon request. Starting or using the jacuzzi without prior arrangement may result in a charge for the service and, if a security deposit has been collected, deduction of that amount from the security deposit.
The jacuzzi must be used in accordance with the separate instructions. Children may use the jacuzzi only under the direct supervision of an adult.
9. Safety
Fire emergency instructions and one fire extinguisher are located in the entrance vestibule. A second fire extinguisher is located upstairs. A first-aid kit is located in the entrance vestibule. In the event of an immediate emergency, call 112.
10. Equipment and damage
Please use the house, appliances and equipment in accordance with their intended purpose. Any malfunction, damage or accidental breakage must be reported to the Host without delay. Liability and settlement of damage are governed by the full Terms and Conditions and, for platform reservations, by the rules of the relevant platform.
11. Leaving the Property
When leaving the Property, please close all windows and doors, switch off any appliances that should not remain on unattended, and secure the keys in accordance with the instructions provided.
12. Departure
Before departure, please leave the Property in proper condition and report any damage or defects. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
